Debra J. Berry has over 30 years of administrative support experience. Her experience includes serving as the Executive Director of a non-profit 501c3 organization where her responsibilities included grant writing, fundraising, strategic planning, program development, implementation, staff and Board of Director development, publicity, marketing and promotion.
Her volunteer experience includes leadership positions with the Michigan District/Optimist International Organization as Membership Chair and Convention and Meetings Chair. She has been a past Optimist Club Honor and Distinguished President and a Distinguished Lt. Governor for the Michigan District Optimist Organization.
Her diverse management experience serves the firm’s clients well as the client’s management interacts with McTevia and Associates support staff.
